Last week our new recruit class got put through their paces in getting a bunch of hands on training. Once again thanks to J's Southland Towing for your generous donation of vehicles to allow our crews to get some valuable training in!!!

On January 5, 2020, the Cass County Professional Firefighters were hit with an incredible loss when Firefighter/Paramedic Charles Chuck McCormick passed away while fighting a structure fire. Following Chuck’s passing, members of Local 3112, South Metro Fire District, West Peculiar Fire Protection District and Royal Signs and Graphics worked together to obtain, frame, and add a plaque to a door that was at the scene of the fire. The door will be prominently displayed for all to see to serve as a constant reminder so that we may never forget the sacrifice Chuck gave in the line of duty.
