We value continuing education and spend many hours together as an office learning all the latest and greatest in dentistry. We recently had a "lunch in learn" with Oral-B. Dr. Sam and Dr. Melanie had the opportunity to try their newest electric toothbrush the XO. Dr. Sam reported that there seemed to be less vibration in the handle and the power seemed more concentrated in the tip of the brush compared to previous models. Dr. Melanie reported that although there is a 30 s...econd vibration indicator, the toothbrush does not turn off at the recommended 2 min. She also reported that she brushed for 2 min. 40 seconds beating Dr. Sam's 2 min. and 9 seconds (Ha Ha!!). The handle of the XO has a light indicator letting you know when the right amount of pressure is applied as well as too much pressure. Did you know that the average person only brushes for 30 seconds?!?!
