Next week, April 12-16, is Spring Cleanup. This is a great opportunity to set large and bulky items at the curb to be picked up on your regularly scheduled sol...id waste collection day. Such items that will be picked up include sofas, mattresses and shelving units. Items that will not be accepted include chemicals, construction debris and large appliances. The Household Hazardous and Electronic Waste Collection Center opens for the season on Saturday, April 10. This is a great opportunity to rid your home of pote...ntially harmful chemicals and unused electronic equipment. The center will be open from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. behind the Tennyson Road fire station. A reservation is required to drop off items and can be made by calling the Fulton Fire Department at 592-3150. The center is open only to Fulton and Callaway County residents. See more

Street position will assist with culvert, concrete and street repair as well as maintenance. Traffic position will assist with the maintenance of traffic signs, road markings, and parking meters. Both positions require HS/GED and possession of a valid Missouri driver’s license. Experience operating a variety of equipment preferred. Starting pay is $10.30/hour.
