Wow, we have been in a sermon series that has given us some awesome feed back! The sermon series is called "Risk: a war against the Enemy." Come join us at Hope and learn how to become a soldier for the Kingdom, and know more about spiritual warfare. All are welcome!

Tomorrow we are starting a new sermon series called "Risk: a war against the Enemy." This will be a powerful sermon series on spiritual warfare. If you want to learn how to fight the good fight, and be able to see the enemy's attacks before you are attacked, come and join us. Service is at 10:30am

This is a non-paying position but a very rewarding position molding the lives of children. Today was a very humbling day because we were able to see the Love and Power of our Most High God. We saw God bring the great people from Lamont Wesleyan Church to Hope Community and get the lights working in our basemant. I know it sounds small but it has been 6yrs in the works and seeing the lights come on touched my heart in a great way. Then a family was hurt about something that went wrong today. Instead of staying at home and feeling sorry for themselves, they came to the movie night and the church came around them and loved them. They left in a much better mood and hearts filled with love. I am so blessed to be around so many amazing people, I love you all!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our friends! God has blessed us in many ways and built so amazing relationships. We pray that God brings many blessings upon you all.

We serve an amazing God and I will never get tired boasting on the Most High God. We saw people today get touched by the Holy Spirit in church today, and the feed back from people has been very heart touching. I thank God for giving me a front row seat to see his power working within the people of the Church. I want to thank Jesus Christ for all his goodness!!! Heck God is so good we are starting to get lights in the basement of the church, thank you Lamont Wesleyan Church!!!...! We are having major blessings happening at Hope Community. God has touched the heart of an amazing family to promise an 80,000.00 donation to help get the large building on our site ready to teach children. God is using other churches to help bring a true Hope to Northeast Kansas City. We live in a very strange time when right is wrong, and lie is truth. Heck we are even told that our eyes and our ears are lying to us. But I believe God is building some true soldier's of the Most High God in Northeast Kansas City to bring the Good News of Salvation in a dark time. Come to the Harvest Festival!

Hello Hope Friends and Family! We will be having our Harvest Festival this coming Saturday from 1:00-4:00. We are giving free bags of school supplies to the first 50 kids that attend. We will also be having a drawing for a basket of household supplies! Stop by for free food, candy, fun games, and to show off your cool costumes! See you there!
