Across the US, Home Loan Advisors like myself are waking up everyday like we're children on Christmas morning. While the stock market dives, the bond market soars. This is the primary factor in why Mortgage Rates keep sinking . This week I've had the coolest phone calls. "Hey Mr./Mrs Client, You know the rate we talked about? Well I'm going to lock one WAY lower, so I hope that's cool with you" ... With several clients, we're already looking at rates in the 2's for 30 year FIXED loans. *Not every loan type and product is that low yet, but several are, and of course it depends on credit as well* What's more incredible? Since the US dollar's current inflation rate is 2.5%, this is essentially FREE money. FREEEEE MONEYYYY. This is why people with millions of dollars in the bank are calling me for Home Loans right now. They're leaving their assets alone - they know the market will rebound and they will continue growing their wealth. Mortgaging their home(s) with money that nearly matches the inflation rate allows them to leverage their debt to make more money. Who’s ever closed on a house at a convention center? Here we are, no chairs, surrounded by high school cheerleading teams showing up for a weekend competition. Our buyer, Rob, wasn’t able to leave work today to close on his first ever home. So Sandy Luedke and I got a mobile notary and WENT TO HIM . In these pictures, Rob is 30 seconds from owning a home .
