Hit Run Play

Hey HIt Run Play Patrons. We need your help so that our gym can be the best in our area. Since we have gone to 24 hour access we have many individuals sharing their key fobs and bringing nonmembers with them to the gym. A couple things happen when this occurs. First we have no waiver signed by the visitor which creates liability.... Second the individual with no membership is basically trespassing and is stealing from the gym a service that they didn’t pay for. Also our members are violating their membership for sharing their fobs and bringing nonmembers with them. We have cameras all throughout the gym that are tied to the key pad system when you enter. Which means we know exactly when you enter and who is entering with you. We have documented, too many to count, people abusing the system. We want this gym to be a benefit for the entire community, for all ages, but the reality is, it also has to be able to pay its bills by members who pay for a membership. We don’t really want to be heavy handed with policing but also need members to please respect our policies. We appreciated all who support us and are very thankful that we can offer this to our community.
