The deadline to file an appeal for Jackson County Property taxes has been extended until July 29th at 5 p.m. If you need help to fill out the application and learn about the appeal process appeal come to one of our free events to get the help you need. If your taxes have increased more that 240.00 per year, this is 20.00 per month you should consider appealing.... 1st Date: Thursday July 18th at the Robert J Mohart Center at 1100 a.m. 2nd Date: Thursday July 18th at Celt Realty 4435 Prospect at 6:00 p.m. 3rd and Final session: Saturday July 27th at Southeast Community Center, 4201 East 63rd Street at 2:00 p.m. Please bring your property tax notice as you will need your property address number from the form for your appeal paperwork.
