Tomorrow January 1st, 2021 is going to be a big day for HIS PLACE. We will start off with our 1st annual Prayer Walk through Salem, MO. Everyone will meet up in the Arandas parking lot at 9 am. After the prayer walk, Anyone who would like to come and help us. We will be doing a deep cleaning and re stocking of shelves in the HIS PLACE BUILDING. That will start at 12:00pm ... FINALLY, His place will be handing out produce boxes and dinner bags starting at 5PM until we run out of produce boxes or food. Our meal will be simple Soup, Sandwich and dessert. WE HOPE TO HAVE A GREAT TURN OUT FOR THE LORD FOR OUR PRAYER WALK! COME JOIN US!

Friday, January 1st, 2021 NEW YEARS DAY. His place will be hosting our 1st annual Prayer walk through Salem. This past year our team and volunteers have seen the increased need of prayer from the people we come in contact with on a weekly basis. There is a lack of hope, faith and peace, in our community, as well as a sense of being alone. The His place team knows the difficult times everyone has had to face, as we have faced some too, but we also know that we DO have a hope..., a peace, and faith, we know that we are not alone, we have a Savior in Jesus Christ! For even though these days have been hard, they are the days that the Lord has made! He has not changed, and those who believe in Him can stand firm on his promises. What better way to start off a new year, humbly in prayer to our God for our community. There will be maps for everyone, with 4 different routes to choose from ranging from a little less than 2 miles to 3 1/2 miles. We can practice social distancing, as we walk our routes in constant prayer. What a special time this will be, for people to pray for the very community we live in. In a time where we have seen hopelessness, chaos, fear, increased suicide cases, depression increase, family disputes, drug overdoses run rampant, Let us lead by example rise up and ask of our Heavenly Father to strengthen our hearts, reconcile the broken to himself, and keep us focused on Him. please join us! We will meet in the Arandas Parking Lot at the four corners in Salem, MO AT 9:00 A.M. spread the word!

What an evening it was at His Place! A huge thank you to all of our volunteers who came out and gave there time to serve others!

Friday September 25 His Place will be serving a curbside dinner pick up of sloppy joes, chips, salad, and dessert! Also, there WILL be FREE produce boxes. Please pull up infront of His Place facing West toward the Fire Department and we will provide the meals and then direct you to the produce trailer. Starting at 5 pm until supplies last!
