JOB DESCRIPTION Customer service position will serve as the primary interface with customers on returns and RMA matters. This position insures customer satisfaction by efficient handling of customer product return, and facilitation of expeditious shipping on replacement orders. RMA service representatives will research communications between company and customer when necessary, with the purpose of assessing customer or company responsibility for errors that may have led to a return. Customer service RMA will maintain high levels of communication with customer regarding the return, disseminating updates promptly and as frequently as is prudent to keep customer informed on the progress of the return. The purpose of this communication is to minimize concerns by customers regarding the status of their return. Duties: Communicate with customers to resolve issues relating to the return of product, and extend an extraordinary customer experience related to the return, and any replacement part order. Arrange the return of parts to company facility (UPS Call Tags or BOL/Shipment Scheduling) Process Customer Credits Work with Vendors to obtain credit for faulty product Work with freight carriers to obtain compensation for damage incurred to product during shipment. Final check with customer to assure that they are completely satisfied with their return process prior to closing out the return ticket. Requirements: High School Diploma 1-year experience in customer service role Strong written/verbal communication skills Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated Able to adapt on the fly and apply high-level principles to specific situations Customer oriented in all respects/ability to make even a product return an acceptable customer experience.

QA Tech Days and Nights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for complying with food safety, food security, Quality, GMP’s, HAACP, Allergen, and Sensitizer as well as other regulations as required.... Will be certified in the operations of all machinery in his or her area of responsibility. Responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the product run on the lines based on specifications. Responsible for duplicating and communicating all safety and good manufacturing practices in accordance with company policy as well as all other company policies. Responsible for certification of batch sheets, entering batch analytical results and allocating juice to finished goods in SAP. Other SAP functions include looking up inventory, generating schedules, schematics & batch sheets. Full Quality audits of all manufactured Processing items and manufacturing processes to ensure customer specifications are met in an efficient and safe manner. Utilization of analytical skills to ensure accuracy and reliability of all test results is required. Records of test and audit data will be kept in a manner that can be easily read and available for extraction if needed. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance of all lab equipment. This will include the accuracy and repeatability of test results through routine monitoring and calibration of equipment. The technician will be required to communication effectively to all departments with notification of existing or potential quality concerns. This will include giving direction and instructions to any of the Operations Groups (Batching, Production, Processing) regarding specifications, or how to establish, achieve and maintain specifications. The technician will help in the audit of the Production facility and its function as required.
