The Front Desk is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience a Front Desk Agent will check in and out guests efficiently, and make sure they have all they need for a great stay. Responsibilities and Duties Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner recognizing IHG Rewards Club Members... and also returning guests Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room location Ensure required identification is taken from guests at check-in in line with local legislative requirements Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner Up-sell rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns Record guest preferences in the system Check guests out, including resolving any late or disputed charges Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures Issue, control and release guest safe-deposit boxes in line with hotel procedures Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up Take action to solve guest problems/complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty May routinely book guest reservations for individuals and/or groups that are requested either by phone or from within the hotel; process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service Perform other duties as assigned including guest room tours, concierge services, special guest requests, etc.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician/ Handyman to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC work, Pool & SPA etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to main...tain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Responsibilities -Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards -Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) -Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary -Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality -Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed -Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.) -Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide -Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) -Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed Skills -Hotel or multi-unit experience -Basic electrical -Plumbing -Basic carpentry -Drywall -Painting -Caulking -Touch-up and texture application -Carpet/flooring repair (carpet stretching, grouting) -Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields -Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams -Ability to handle physical workload -Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills -Strong communication skills with all areas of operations -Detail minded approach to daily work -Courteous to all staff and guest -Well organized
