We will have extended hours for deer season. Monday-Friday 8AM-5:30PM Saturday 8:00AM-5:30PM Sunday 10:00AM-5:30PM... Only accepting boneless meat.
Due to the increased demands of beef and pork, the difficult decision of deer season had to be made. This year we will only accept boneless deer meat. We will produce all of our normal specialty items such as summer sausage, jerky, snack sticks, brats, breakfast sausage, and also grind and wrap your burger. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully we will be able to process whole deer next year. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
