In this video, one of our BCBA'S, Mrs. Katie & son, show us how to organize and implement an easy to follow visual schedule. Visual schedules are a great tool/intervention to aid with undesirable behavior reduction and task completion. Whether it be anxiety over: what's next, when the present task will be over, when they will have access to a preferred item/place, visual schedules serve as a road map for your child. They offer clear expectations and are understandable for individuals with limited language or those with more advanced skills. If you need assistance please consult with your child's BCBA, they will help you put together a format that is tailored to ensure client specific needs are met. https://youtu.be/SZHYY4V1KWM
