It is really amazing what science can do now. DNA testing on dog poop is now becoming part of screening required for apartment complexes. Due to waste being left behind by dog owner’s many apartment complexes are going the scientific route. Not picking up after your dog might seem innocuous, but when waste is left behind, it becomes a problem for everyone and the environment. With this new testing owner’s are given a $100 fine, and three strikes your out. What will they come up with next!
