Reopening: How To Move Forward Safely ByJeff Mason | April 10, 2020 Jeff Mason, president of STX Cloud, shares his thoughts on a the beauty world's new reality and how COVID-19 will change our sanitation processes....Continue reading
This wonderful lady was my trainer for a class I took a year ago. If people are still wondering this is a good eye opener....... Repost: Sara is one of our trai...ners in Kansas City. She has contracted Covid- 19. Please read her message. She is literally anyone of us! I'm just thankful her symptoms are milder than some. She had a class scheduled that she proactively canceled in March. This is a real eye opener. Sara Rieman is with Doug Rieman. 12 hrs Well I suppose it was only a matter of time. We are now living with a positive test result for Covid-19. In the spirit of learning, healing & honest transparency, Doug and I have been not feeling well since about Tuesday. It’s been mostly fever and what (I think) feels like allergy type symptoms. Tired, blah and the occasional headache. Outside air was super irritating to my throat/lungs/eyes. Plus my eyes have been so so tired and like sore to what feels like behind my eyes. My fever has been overall more mild than his and I feel much better today actually, he’s not quite there yet. And today he is definitely feeling that his lungs feel heavy. But he’s hanging in there. We’re both hanging in there. Our biggest concern is that during the time period (before the lockdown) when everyone was getting things in order, running to grocery stores,etc... and we fleetingly saw my parents, plus some family members that have passed between us and them. If you pray, please ask that they stay safe through all this. The guilt surrounding this is the worst. If you’re wondering if we’ve been good at isolation, then you don’t know me very well, lol! First of all I’m a germaphobe anyway and so I can promise you we’ve been more isolated and pre-emptive than (probably) anyone you know. I’ve barely let my own kids in the doorway for 5 seconds (one time) and stayed 10 feet away. Basically we never stop disinfecting literally everything all day long. Also, in my Esthetics business, I closed a full week ahead every one else and cancelled all my training classes and special events. And furthermore regarding my Esthetics career, I’m licensed, trained and held to strict on-going standards per State Board in the highest forms of sanitation/disinfection/sterilization & I could probably write a book on that topic, but I digress. We’ve been trying to figure out how we acquired the virus but it’s literally impossible to figure out. There’s just no way to know how long the incubation period could have been. But after running all the possibilities though our heads over and over and over again, we keep thinking it’s really just had to be our few grocery store runs. There was just so many people in the stores when we’d go during those first few days things were about to shut down. Anyway, it doesn’t matter bc we’ll never know. If your curious about the call to the docs and the testing; Yesterday morning I called my doc here in KC and was told that yes it sounded like I probably had it but that they weren’t going to test me. I was just supposed to assume I had it. So then Doug called his doc in Lawrence. They told him that they wanted him to come and get tested. They explained that Lawrence is not in an outbreak area (vs KC) so they could offer more people the test. So that’s what we did, drive-thru testing. It felt very apocalyptic and would seem almost kinda cool if it wasn’t actually so...sad during all this. We got the positive test results back today (much earlier than expected) and after talking to all the docs again (I had to call mine back to report that husband was positive) plus another family doctor that is part of Doug’s employers company, the unanimous opinion was that I could safely assume that I am positive too. Makes sense. However, now MY case is not officially counted in the official number if cases. OH Gee I wonder how exponentially this is happening literally everywhere. I’ve explained all of this bc after the day we’ve had talking to so many doctors and telling our nearest and dearest, everyone has questions. So I’ve tried to cover all the info I’ve been asked about all day. But please honestly, feel free to keep asking! Love you all. Thanks for your prayers and please know you are in ours as well. We’ll keep ya updated! 245Nicole Sanchez, Alison Kelly and 243 others 196 Comm

Brow tint per my own brows My goal was to even out color to the tails of the brow. Max time 5-7 min with application and removal a couple times to get the desired tone. Not too shabby I'd say.
