The peat moss delivery has arrived! Who would have thought peat moss would be in such high demand?! 2020 has brought some oddities along with it for gardeners, hasn't it? We now have a good supply of sphagnum peat moss in 1.0 and 2.2 cubic foot bales. If you've been waiting for it... come on down!

If you haven't already done so...go out TODAY and disconnect your garden hoses! You don't want the extra expense that can come from having them freeze and damage your spigots and pipes.

Whitefly infestations are really a problem right now. With cooler temperatures you're probably thinking of bringing some of your plants inside for the winter. Before you do that you should treat them for whitefly and other pesky insects that you don't want to bring inside to your other plants. Come get some Spinosad Soap and spray them down really well before bringing them inside.

You need to check on your lilacs, red twig dogwoods and other ornamental shrubs. We've discovered an issue with borers on our lilac tree in front of the store. We've had calls from customers concerning their red twig dogwoods as well. The best thing you can do for them at this point is to treat them with Bayer Tree & Shrub Protect & Feed. Just a few weeks ago our lilac tree was lush and green as can be seen in a video posted on our page. An employee noticed how brown one side had turned. Don't wait... get out there now and check on your shrubs. Even if you don't see any signs of borers it's a good idea to treat them with the Bayer Tree & Shrub Protect & Feed product anyway!

Part of the beauty of choosing a perfect pumpkin is that each one has a unique stem. But careful! That stem will come off if you use it to pick up the pumpkin! #pumpkins #pumpkin #falldecor #itsfallyall #jackolantern #carefulwiththatstem
