I can’t imagine how we will live without this amazing dog. He was so sweet and gentle. He and Austin had an unbreakable bond and they truly loved each other s...o much! Balto protected our home and all of the animals here. He was the barn ambassador and made sure to greet everyone that came for lessons or came for a visit. He will be missed by many. This sweet, kind, fun-loving, amazing child gained his angel wings Monday, 3/22/2021 (his 12th birthday) . He will be deeply missed by all of the staff, volunteers, riders and especially the horses. He truly loved the horses and always treated them with kindness and compassion. He loved to bring special treats for his favorite horses. He checked in over the winter to make sure the horses were doing ok and staying warm. His thoughtful nature will live on through those he helps with organ donation. Harsha and his family will always be in our hearts.

The lord gained a beautiful angel today. One of our young lesson students passed away today. . We are heartbroken over the loss of such an amazing child. Please send prayers for his family at this devastating time.

This past week Healing Horses said goodbye to an amazing horse. Sonny was owned by Jamie Glavin and worked in our program as well. He was a kind, gentle soul that was always so good the kids. We all loved his energetic personality, especially on barrels! We will miss Sonny very much
