After 20 years of successfully designing and managing hundreds of projects of all types, we’ve decided to channel that experience and knowledge into a new division of the company. Perspectives offers integrated development services that help evaluate project feasibility, bring together parties with similar goals, and serve as an Owner’s Representative for our clients anywhere they choose to build.

We had a great time with our costume contest this morning! Most Creative Costume: Nick for Captain H (He really is Captain H - as you can see, he never takes a break.) Funniest Costume: Shantae for Sugar Mama Best Costume: Tie between Kara for Ewok and Michael for Bob Belcher. Settled by a rousing game of Rock-Paper-Scissors

Mj Kelly Company will be all settled into their new office soon! We tackled this one with Interpres Building Solutions and we're glad to see it up and running.

Who's up for a little 5:00 am slab pour? BP Builders sure is! It took more than 20 concrete trucks, but someday soon this will be the new Boyd Elementary. Glad we have Hollis + Miller Architects, CJD LLC, and Olsson on board with us.

This week is National Boss's Day, so the theme was to draw Rob, Brent, and Todd. Mark from HDR has been dying to get in on the action, so he played along, too and Tom was our guest judge. KJ was the winner with the "Amigos" and we all got a nice kick out of Mark's rendition of Rob as Deadpool.

This was a fun one! It's not often we get to do something with a tropical vibe here in the Midwest.
