Once again, we'd like to highlight some of our wonderful staff members! Today, we want to recognize one of our excellent social workers, Susan! Susan also serves as a PRN for our sister company, Haven Home Health. Check out her Q&A below. 1) What is your favorite part about working for Haven? The thing I like the most about Haven is the appreciation the administration has for staff. I feel it is truly a team effort from everyone I have worked with so far. ... 2) What do you like to do when you're not working? I am pretty low key in my life outside of work. I am homebody and enjoy staying home reading, listening to music and bingeing Netflix. I also have a cat, Maggie, who insists I pay attention to her. 3) What is a fun fact about you? Fun fact I have never missed a 4th of July parade in Marshfield. It is the oldest running 4hth of July west of the Mississippi. I have been to 58 so far.

Responsibilities... -make initial evaluation visit, conduct comprehensive initial nursing assessments including physical, emotional, and mental needs -verify eligibility for hospice services -develop and implement an individualized plan of care in consultation with the client's physician and other personnel as appropriate -regularly reevaluate the client's nursing needs and revise the plan of care as needed -provides direct nursing care procedures to clients Qualifications -current Missouri Registered Nurse license in good standing -preferred minimum 1 year of experience as a hospice or home health RN within the last 5 years We offer flexible schedules, on-call pay, and the opportunity to work for one of the fastest growing home health companies in the area.
