As you celebrate all that it is, you can always ask for or Better!

For me, this feels true. There is no right or wrong emotion or good or bad emotion. It s guidance system to know something is out of balance. I ask myself if this is how I want to feel. Then, I ask if it is even mine, or is am I carrying someone else’s energy. If it’s not mine, I blow it out and release it. Trusting that the person I love who was carrying, has their connection to their divine to release it their way. If it is mine, I ask my Divine inside what is going on, what else I need to know. What I need to do to feel better. It’s usually about releasing old stories or memories that do not serve me. These emotions, no matter what they are can be valuable tools to understanding yourself. And can empower you to let go and move forward!
