The IRS will never call you! There is a phishing scam going around where someone will call you and say the IRS is suing you. If you answer, hang up. If it is on your voice mail, delete it. That is all the time it is worth. The IRS will only send letters by US mail and if you are really special, they will visit you in person. If you have any questions or concerns contact a tax professional.
