This week it was making Oreo Snowman Cookies and turning paper bags into snowflakes. What kind of holiday traditions are in your family? Helping children worldwide spend one less day alone is at the center of the mission for The HALO Foundation. In addition to providing housing and healing to chi...ldren subjected to homelessness and trauma, HALO Learning Centers provide a safe space for learning, growing, and creating in a positive atmosphere. Towards that end, HALO has launched #ArtDoesGood as a movement and ART-a-THON. Through December 31st, participants are encouraged to create or perform art, make monetary donations, and post their art online with the #ArtDoesGood hashtag. HALO hopes that the campaign will raise more than $150,000 to benefit vulnerable children. See more
