To our Valued Guests, 2020. What a year! Hair Saloon is proud to look back on the year that was. We realize without the support of all stakeholders -- our company, our guests, franchisees, and our employees -- we would not have made it through. ... When the pandemic started and our stores closed, we were overwhelmed by the emails and calls asking how you could support our teams. With your support, we were able to disburse $60,000 directly to our front line teams! It was a humbling moment and one that we are forever grateful for. It assisted us in keeping our teams together and prepared for reopening! Once we were able to reopen, our teams showed up ready to serve, our clients once again filled appointment slots, and it was encouraging to have the full support of the communities in which we served. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! 2020 threw a lot at us this year, but, most of all, it gave us a real chance to rediscover why we exist and what holds true we are called to be of service and deliver an experience that makes a difference in the lives of others. As we head into 2021, our commitment to you is even stronger. We will continue to hone our craft, dedicate our hands and hearts to serve, and continue to keep our Saloons clean and comfortable. We have always been a place where men of all ages feel comfortable and we are doubling-down on delivering an experience that you look forward to each and every time. Let’s put 2020 in the history books where it belongs. May a new year bring you the strength and fortitude needed to keep you on the right path and support those that rely on you.
