She had to color at home for a while and there was darker spots and missed spots. I went in and started pulling out mineral build up from the home color , used a fun formula to lighten up darker patches ,then found the perfect custom mixture to create a RICH LUSCIOUS CHOCOLATE COLOR using GOLDWELL topchic to cover grey , colorance to heal and add shine and pure pigments to create a halo graphic wrap of color to enhance that shine an richness!!!
