The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the 2021 Conventional loan limits. The 2021 general loan limit is $548,250 and the 2021 high balance loan limit is $822,375. This may mean i little more buying power and better rates than if you would have needed to use a JUMBO loan product!
