Spring is a little over a week away. We have three Groomers working as quickly as possible to give quality work. We also have a bather that is trying to keep up with us crazy groomers. With all that said. We are so happy you allow us to groom your pet! We are speechless at how far booked we are. Just a heads up Ashley is 6 weeks out! Not taking new clients at this time. Happy 2021!!! It has started off BUSY! Thank you all. I’m currently booking 4-5 weeks out. Each year I like to make changes. This year I’m making a few changes. What???? We need to start booking for 2021? I can’t thank you all enough. I always want to give a heads up when my schedule is booking out. Saturdays: I am still not taking new clients. I already book 6 weeks out. During the week: I’m currently booking for the second week of January. My assistant will be out for a couple of months, so I will have to slow down a bit. ... Talking about my assistant. If you have seen her working super hard in the back or cleaning the shop ( cleaning up after me) her name is Kathy. Please feel free to tell her hello. Who else has just slid through this year?

Today a lady came to our office with two dogs. She was living in her truck and could no longer care for them. With no boarding kennels or fosters available, we... told her to try the Humane Society. She drove to the Humane Society, who is also full, and they sent her to animal control. She drove to animal control and they turned her away due to no proof of residency. So she came back to our office. We took them in but still do not have space for them. We know it is tough to find yourself in situations with an animal you find or can no longer keep due to extreme situations and always appreciate when people seek safe solutions. We need help from the community to help the large number of animals needing it. Join our life saving team today as an adopter, volunteer, or foster at rescueonespringfield.com. Also please spay and neuter your pets! It is almost certain that some of their cute offspring will end up in kill shelters or on the streets.

We have been having fun with so many cute dogs lately. I’m booked out into October. That’s right... October!!! With that being said, I will not be taking new clients until January. The holidays are around the corner. If you haven’t booked your appointment for November and December, they are going quickly. Book yours the next time your in. I can’t thank you all enough for choosing me for your groomer. Thank you for all the referrals also. Now just tell them if they can wait until January. I’ll book then then. If they can’t wait, we have two other groomers in the shop.

As a small business, we have to abide by the rules the City, County or State set for us. Mask will be required for when you come into our grooming shop. If you wish to not wear a mask, no problem. We are more than willing to do curbside drop off and pick up straight from the comfort of your own vehicle. We can’t thank you enough for supporting us through all these changes. -Ashley

I understand as more things open and more plans are being made, those of you who have booked 4+ weeks out are needing to switch up your appointments.
