We are here! We’re considered essential. You can’t move all the toilet paper around the country if the forklifts are down. We are set up to where everyone is at least 6 feet away from each other, we’re doing extra cleaning, and supplying supplements to boost the immune system to those employees that want them.

We have an entry level position in our production area. It involves the cleaning of the parts from the engine cores that come in. No experience necessary. Mechanical aptitude very helpful. First raise after 30 days. Paid holidays after 30 days and paid insurance after 60 days. Please come in and drop off your resume or fill out an application. We want to see you in person. You MUST be willing to work 40 hours a week.

We have an entry level job opening at Grindstaff Engines, 1041 S Vista Ave, Independence, MO. It’s in the clean up area. It would involve cleaning the engine parts after the cores are torn down. The starting pay is $10. There are 7 paid holidays a year. Paid health insurance after 60 days. Paid vacation after 1 year & a Simple IRA after they make $5,000. We are currently looking for someone for an entry level position in our machine shop. It will be in the tear down and clean up area so it will be a very dirty job. No experience is necessary but basic knowledge of engines is helpful. There's paid holidays after 30 days and health insurance after 90 days. Our sweet secretary, Barb that retired in March after 11 years passed away on Wednesday. She will be greatly missed.
