Opening another one with an argon/co2 mix.

Time to weld some more cast iron. The hot sand is for slow cooling. Preparation of the joint first,pre-heat then weld, peen and a slow cooling in the sand.

Welding cast iron housing. Doing a preheat on entire piece. Slow cooling afterwards.

Ye good old barrel.

Have a seat, chew your food, relax. It's always good to have lunch in a peaceful setting to sooth the mind.
