We celebrate today because they made it possible. Remember, Celebrate, Like, & Share! George here. I easily get frustrated by people that celebrate without reme...mbering what today is all about. I choose to get mad at the commercialism of today. Today is about remembering the sacrifices of so many military men and women. They defended our country and other countries. So, I came up with "Remember to Celebrate." It's kind of a play on words. First we remember those who served and who gave their bodies and lives. Some lost limbs or eyesight. Some lost friends... Next we celebrate because (emphasis on the the word "because") of their sacrifices. We can grill, go to the lake, spend time with friends and family because we live in the United States of America. So I decided not to get so frustrate. I decided to make this photo in honor of their sacrifices. Please share this idea and photo with those you know. "Remember to Celebrate" is about celebrating through remembering their sacrifices for our freedom. More importantly, I think of how I go throughout the days, weeks, and even months without remembering the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross. I can celebrate forgiveness through Jesus' sacrifice. At noon on Memorial Day, let's take time to "Remember to Celebrate." If you read this after noon, take some time today to explain what this day is all about. Make sure to bring the kids into the conversation so the whole family can "Remember to Celebrate." #RememberToCelebrate
