The Winter Cup will also culminate in the selection of the Junior & Senior National Teams to be named following the competition.

We braved the weather and made it to Nashville to watch Adalyn compete with a tough group of gymnasts from multiple other states. The team as a whole looked so...lid and had their best team score of the season (114.025). Adalyn had her personal best bar score (9.85). She also had her best all-around score of 37.275. Our level 7, Mackynzi, did great today!! She came away with two and one Can’t wait to see her so even better at the next meet!

Saturday Recreational and Tumbling classes will be closed Jan 16th. Competitive teams will be determined by Team Coaches.

Our level 9’s and 10’s looked so good this weekend! After injuries and quarantines, things are coming together! The level 9’s placed 3rd and the 10’s placed 2nd. Can’t wait for Rolling Thunder at the end of the month!

Xcel Pre-Team training early for try outs in April!

Congratulations to our GMG Xcel gymnastic team. This past weekend they went to the KC Classic and came home with several medals. The total medal count was 18 Gold Medals 3 All Around Gold Medals ... 11 Silver Medals 15 Bronze Medals 2 1st place team trophies! We are so proud of these athletes! Next up...Rolling Thunder at the end of January!

Our lone level 4, Sydney, has a great meet! She just keeps improving! Great work, Syd the kid!

The level 3’s had so much fun this weekend at the Blues and BBQ Invitational! We love seeing them get more confident in a meet setting keep an eye out for this talented group of girls!
