We have recently had an insanely high amount of no shows, last minute/reschedule of appointments. We understand things happen, however this hurts us as a business. We are having to turn a lot of people away and have no one in the salon during your appointment time. Please be considerate of us, as we cater to your needs and time. As of May 1, 2021, there will be a $25 booking fee. This fee will go towards your service & is non-refundable We thank you all for your business and hope to see you soon.

The nail salon, nail technician, and the other salon employees are professionals and should be treated with respect. I understand that if I am 15 minutes late without notifying the salon ahead of time, my appointment will be canceled and given to the next client. We understand things come up unexpectedly, however, PLEASE give us at least a 24-hour notice if you will not be able to make it or need to reschedule. We value your time & expect you to value ours. No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor fixes within 3 days of the service completion, pending owner’s approval. Gift Certificates are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates should be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Golden Nail Salon is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen or damaged Gift Certificates. Groups/Parties (5 or more guests) To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A name & exact service is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction & better accuracy. Please email us at [email protected] to provide these details. A $20 deposit for each guest is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows. Cardholder will be responsible for this charge. There will not be a charge for cancellation given within 24 hours. For safety purposes, our premises are monitored by Digital Video Surveillance. Prices of services & other charges are displayed on the price list. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash & all Major Credit Cards. Personal Checks are not accepted. There is a $1 charge on ALL credit card transactions. We request that you inform us of any current injury, illness, and medical conditions prior to all services. This is to ensure whether service can be safely performed. We are not liable for any harms that could be caused by our service if you do not inform us before the service begins. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Happy Sunday! How is everyone enjoying their weekends?! We have had a couple people fill up their loyalty cards already!!... Once it is full, give it to us and at the end of the year we will put them all into a raffle! We are still figuring out what will be the prizes, but I can promise it will be great.
