As many of us work from home and attend video conference calls, here are a few tips for call etiquette. 1. Do not assume everyone knows your name. Identify yourself when speaking. 2. MUTE yourself when you are not actively speaking.... 3. Keep on track. Do not let the conversation wander. 4. If callers arrive late, update them after the call instead of repeating what was already said. 5.Prepare a test run of voice and video before the call. 6. BONUS Tip: If all else fails, play conference call bingo!
