WE HAVE A DATE!!!! PLEASE READ It Looks Like we have a go DATE Monday, May 18th 2020! Thank you for all of your Love, Kindness, and Support. We will be starting the process of rescheduling Appointments this week. We are all just as excited to see you! We will be contacting everyone in order of which their appointment was cancelled/missed. ... Please be patient with your Stylist as we have several calls to make. Know we will call you as soon as we can. Our first priority is to keeping our Guest and Stylist SAFE and HEALTHY. The salon visit will look new and different for all of us. Below are some guidelines that MUST be Followed: -If you have any symptoms, or have been around anyone who is sick, please reschedule. We will ask you to leave if you appear sick or have fever. -If you have been traveling, or have not been following social distancing guidelines, please reschedule. -Please bring and wear your own face mask. (It can be cloth it must go around the ears and not around the back of the head as you must wear it for your entire visit.) -Guest need to come to their appointment alone, no exceptions. -Please limit personal items to only what you need. This will help reduce cross contamination. -Snacks and beverages CANNOT be consumed in the salon as we will be wearing mask for the entire visit. -Please remain in your car when you arrive. Your stylist will open the door for you when it is safe for you to enter the salon. As there are new sanitation protocols in between each appointment. -Please arrive promptly for your appointment. As our schedule is limited and each guest will only be able to be in the salon during their scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we may not be able to complete your service. -There may be an additional charge if your regrowth is longer than normal to cover addition chemicals. (This is normal. May be new to guest that stay on a regular schedule.) -Blow drying will be optional at this time as we do not have a guideline on that as of yet. *May change as Missouri board of Cosmetology announces* This may feel like a lot, but protecting EVERYONE is at the top most of OUR list For You, Your family, Your Stylist and Her family. We miss you all and can not wait to reopen :) We still do Not have an opening date :/ We want to be clear that our salon is located in Saint Louis County’s Jurisdiction, and we can not open on May 4th. As of right now the county officials will revisit us reopening in Mid-May.... When we do reopen, there will be new safety guidelines the we will have to follow. We are currently gathering all of the things we will need to provide a safe environment for you and all of us. We are also learning the *safest ways* to do *social distance* hair. Thank you ALL for the patience and love you have shown us during all the rescheduling and uncertainty we are all going thru this together. Once, we have a solid reopening date we will start calling you to schedule your next visit. We have already worked out a new schedule to allow an one on one visit. *so available days and times may vary* As this is new to all of us please have patience and know we will start at the beginning of the quarantine books and move forward from there. If you do not have an appointment Please call 314-487-0765 and leave us a message. So, we can add you to our *READY to get your hair done list. RE/Scheduling will take some time please just know We are just as excited to see each and every one of you.
