Hey everyone! Alright y’all I need you to help a girl out! As I get my schedule ready for the season I would like y’all’s help on somethings. Typically I only teach nights on Monday, Wedneday and Thursday. Then Saturday mornings is a bootcamp class. However this season I was wanting to expand and possibly doing morning classes and possibly a couple more HIIT classes. Also Tuesdays I usually don’t teach but was thinking another bootcamp class? I’d love to hear some of yo...u thoughts. Share/tag anyone you think maybe interested and please let me know what I can do to meet your workout needs!! Should be back at it in the next couple weeks!!
