GENESYS IS HIRING!! We are looking for a California based Project Manager/Engineer. The primary duty as Project Manager is to ensure that the GENESYS solution meets our client’s needs and our contractual obligations. You will manage the scope, schedule and budgets of projects ranging from $20k to $5million and beyond. You will work with our field installation, engineering, sales and procurement teams to manage projects in and around the bay area. To be effective in this posit...ion it is imperative to possess good communication skills and be highly organized. Most of our work is within manufacturing and industrial settings, therefore a good working knowledge of machinery and equipment will be a plus. Secondarily you will act as a field engineer for our installation projects. Duties may include field checks, on site engineering modifications and generally acting as the eyes and ears of our Kansas City based engineering team. Other duties include leadership of : cost reporting and accounting, on site evaluations, shop testing, installations, subcontractors, system commissioning, punch list completion, contract negotiations and customer invoicing.
