Spring IS coming!! What would YOU like for us to grow for YOU is spring? Planning volunteer farm days on March 14th, 21st & May 9th that we know of for sure right now. Start time around 9am. We would for you to join us!! One of the major things that we need to do first is to dig up and move A BUNCH of red & black raspberries. Everyone that helps will get to take a few plants home I always have yummy food & organic coffee I'll be creating an event sign up page but feel free to let me know asap if you think you are available for any of these dates so we can begin planning!!

After taking on the new challenges of Urban Farming I wasn’t getting my fresh juices in like I had for the 4 years prior to 2016 and I just wasn’t eating many times and started nibbling outside my plant based/cancer killing diet As a result I began to feel tired, fatigued and added body fat in all the places I needed to stay lean to keep the cancer away. Kirby and I both enjoyed fresh greens from our High Tunnel/ Hoop House for our final Reboot lunch and thanks to an ice storm, Crocodile is home and made us hash browns on the side!!!! How are YOU doing so far getting your veggies and fruits this cold autumn? Since I was introduced to UpShoot products October 23rd, I’ve been able to take my green juices and a delicious soup with 3 servings of fruits/veggies on the go!! They also have a smoothie & protein drink....just add water and shake! Join us for the FINAL Waldo Farmers Market of the year @ the South Broadland Presbyterian Church, 79th & Holmes, 3-7pm. Besides LOTS of amazing large and cherry Heirloom Tomatoes, big and small bell peppers, hot peppers, banana egg plant & cucumbers I’ve been baking cookies for days!!! Added my granny Zielke’s Honey Cookies and my mom’s Ice Box cookies to our no gluten or egg oatmeal sugar and chocolate chip cookies....YUM

I came out to pick raspberries and ate so many I think I’m gonna die LOL nothing like fresh raspberries from your own backyard! Since my farm helper, Carole Bradley, hasn’t been here for awhile to pick them I had to do it.....such torture
