Proverbs 25:11 tells us that A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver. This past year has been hard for some, isolating, and we are now facing the winter months. This season we will be gathering a list of women who have a desire to be encouraged or have a heart to encourage, to share a fitly spoken word. For the Thanksgiving and Christmas season women will have the opportunity to sign up to provide encouraging words, or to be on the receiving end of that, or both! If you are interested in this ministry, either sharing encouraging notes, texts, emails, etc, or desire encouragement please email [email protected] by Saturday, November 15th or call the church office. Matches will be made and shared by November 18th

Our student ministry has partnered with our local coffee shop, Friendly Bean for an AWESOME fundraiser. During the entire month of November Friendly Bean will be selling our student’s creation, the Thanks a Latte. (A latte with maple, cinnamon & hazelnut flavoring) The proceeds from this drink will go directly to our student ministry. This is a great chance for you to support both our students and a small local business. So head over to Friendly Bean any day (or everyday) this month to enjoy a warm cozy drink & give back as you do it!

As we have been teaching through the book of John, yesterday's passage came at a very interesting time. In this part of scripture Jesus has an intriguing interaction with the politics of the world. As we engage with politics on Tuesday, would this message prepare our hearts for whatever the day may bring.
