In honor of TEACHER APPRECIATION weekwe wanna hear about your favorite teachers. You don’t *have* to share your own mortifying photos. I just thought you might like to see mine. 1st grade (Holstein, MO): Mrs Schombergshe instilled in me a for reading! ... 9th grade (Nashville, IL): Mrs Collette Nierman, our school counselor. She’d pull me out of class every now & then just to make sure I wasn’t getting myself in too much trouble. Also, my wonderful art teacher, Mrs Jane Miller. 10th grade: Mr Paul Greenspan taught me to question authority & always ask why. Not exactly something most schools encourage but I’m forever grateful for being taught to always look for another point of view. Lastly, my sister Amelia Garcia, who has dedicated her life to teaching STL City kiddos & making math fun! (I could’ve used some of that!) You teachers have the patience of a SAINT. God bless each & every one of you!
