G & G Smoked Meats

Since fall has begun, that means it’s time for some BBQ! G & G will be set up at the Garden Gallery this Saturday, September 26, from 11 am-2 pm. The kind folks there will be selling pumpkins and all sorts of cool stuff. We’ll be there for a while to satisfy those smoked meat cravings. We’ll have it all until we don’tbaby back ribs, brisket, pastrami, and pulled pork. If you want to guarantee yourself some ribs or meat by the pound, please pre-order by sending a text or Facebook message to us. See you Saturday!

The G & G boys will be at the Salisbury Farmers Market in downtown Salisbury (the epicenter of all things good) this Thursday, August 20, from 4-7 pm! We don't know exactly where we’ll be set up at, but just follow the smoke and we shouldn't be too hard to find! We'll be serving the usual favorites such as pulled pork, brisket, and pastrami sandwiches, along with baby back ribs. Just for fun, we're going to smoke a handful of bratwurst that evening to sell as well. AND, when ...you buy any sandwich or ribs, you can get a meal deal of chips and a drink for a $1 more! As always, if you'd like to pre-order meat by the pound or some ribs, we sure appreciate knowing that ahead of time. Please send us a message over Facebook or text us. So, come on out this Thursday evening and see all the great things our local folks make for the farmers market! No need to worry about supper, because we'll have you covered!

This Saturday, July 11, the G & G boys will be set up at the Bottle on Hwy 24. We will begin serving at 11 a.m. and go until we run out or the heat melts uswhichever comes first. We will have brisket sandwiches, but unfortunately we won't be selling it by the pound, because we have a limited amount. We finally found some (but not as much as we wanted) that we were able to afford and we're keeping our prices the same on everything. So, if you have a hunkering for some of tha...t melt in your mouth deliciousness, come early and get you a sandwich or three. We will also be serving our pulled pork, baby back ribs, and pastrami. As always, we'll make sure to have plenty of our homemade mustard sauce that you can slather on pretty much anything and everything. We hope you come join us at the Bottle under their new covered patio on Saturday! It's a great outdoor venue and this will just make it better! Pre-orders on baby back ribs are always welcomed!

As the weather gets colder, this might very well be our last outdoor vending event for the year and so we're planning to go gangbustersrain or shine! We'll plan to begin serving at 11 a.m. and go until it gets dark or we run out (whichever comes first). There will be pulled pork, pastrami, and brisket sandwiches served hot and fresh, along with baby back ribs and smoked bratwurst. And don't forget, we... also sell meat by the pound which freezes really well (if it ever makes it to the freezer ). That way you can impress your friends with some awesome bbq in the middle of winter! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE pre-order on/before this Friday by either sending us a Facebook or text message if you want ribs or meat by the pound. This will guarantee that you'll get some! We want to say thanks to everyone who stopped by the G & G stand yesterday. We also want to give a special thanks to the Gordon’s for letting us set up at The Bottle on such a beautiful day. We have fun with our little hobby and like it when customers enjoy our smoked meats. Hopefully we’ll be set up another time or two before the cold weather hits. We’d love to see you again!
