Everyone help me congratulate Bailey! Through out our sessions we worked on building up her confidence, making sure she would not be scared, and if so, how to help her through those situations. Our last session was at big lots and she greeted two people while there! ... Great job Bailey!

This past week I found out one of my long time students had past away. He is someone I knew since Petsmart! Ziggy was the best dog. He was great with other dogs, loved to listen to his mom and dad, loved his hedgehog, and loved taking a stroll downtown (especially past Ernies at breakfast time). He was a show stopper, and if not, he would stop the "show" (person walking by) and made sure they would greet him ;) He was also lucky enough to have THE BEST parents. I mean that with my whole heart. They went above and beyond making sure they did everything they could for him and didn't stop. My heart hurts for them because this isn't the outcome we expected. Please enjoy these wonderful pictures of Ziggy from over the years. I'll miss you Zigg, thank you for allowing me to be your treat lady

And just like that we have another graduate! Beau basically had a little photoshoot at the end, because the wind was just right ;) Beau's mom hired me to work on some basics, but our biggest challenge was not jumping on people. This has been a hard one for a lot of my clients and the pandemic did not make it any easier. Besides learning sit for greeting, he worked on heel, leave it, come, and loose leash walking. Give Beau a big congrats! ... For all my dog lovers out there, do the dogs a favor and yourself, when you see a dog you want to pet, make sure they sit or have four paws on the ground. That way we all continue to reward good behavior :)

Happy Graduation day to Auggie! I was hired on to work on Auggie's confidence and how he would react to new people coming in his home and how he responded to other pets on walks. By our 3rd session he was responding to his mom's correction and able to focus. Then today we went to Lowes and he was a champ! He even took treats from children. This is something he'll have to work on for awhile, but him and his mom have all the right tools to continue to be successful. Congrats Auggie!

Happy Easter! A big congratulations to Luna for graduating yesterday! She's a smart pup, so she learned a lot. We worked on heel, leave it, down, loose leash walking, greetings, and my first, getting into a kayak! I hope everyone had a great day and enjoyed the wonderful weather!

Everyone help me in congratulating Ms. Maisie! She completed her first round of training sessions. One of our big focal points was walking on a leash and the distractions that happen naturally. Shes a big girl, and makes my saint look mini our last training session was awesome! She literally saw people AND kids with no reaction! Im excited to see what the future holds, hopefully for her, snows included

A big congratulations to Chloe! This sweet girl has worked on a few things since we started, walking well on a leash was a big one! We also worked on how to say hi to other dogs, no jumping on people, drop it, and leave it.

Hey Everyone! I've been a little behind with posting some graduates! First, big boy, Bear. Hes a tank! Such a fast learner. We worked on basic commands, like watch, target, leave it, and off. we really wanted to work on loose leash walking and heel. Our last sessions was one of the best yet! Full of distraction but such good turn around! ... Next we have the three musketeers; Simon, Opal, and Princess. Wait and walking on the leash were our main focus this time around. Theyre are doing so well! Last, we have Tucker. Tucker does not like people coming into his home, so our biggest thing we were working on was him building trust with others. We still have some work to do, which will come in time. Our plan is to get his confidence up so he doesn't fear react. I'm working with two more clients before I finish up for a Holiday break. But, im always here for help or questions! Have a great night everyone!
