I've updated the look of my office. It's very comfy and cozy. My massage table is the softest I've ever experienced. Plus, I have a heated pad on it for when (not IF!) the weather turns cold. The first 20 minutes or so, you would sit in the recliner with your feet up and with a warm rice pack behind your neck. The chair has rollers that go up and down your back. During this time, I am doing reflexology on your feet and hands. Some say it's like heaven!! Then, you lie face ...down on the table and I put 2 hot packs on your back and shoulders. While the steam from the packs is softening the muscles in your back, I massage from your feet to your waist. Next, I move the hot packs to your lower back, and my magic hands work your upper back to relax the stress away.
