Hello everyone, it has been a long time since the last post. We are selling the business, food trailer and all the equipment that is in the truck and the other commercial kitchen equipment that is not in it all for $35,000. Pm if interested in further details.

Well, considering we only got two entries in the essay contest we will be mailing those checks back this coming week and will be putting the trailer and business up for sale the old fashioned way. PM for details.

Pretty excited for our menu for food truck Friday at the @kansas city star lot tomorrow. Chicken Tikka masala tacos and nachos,fresh truffle goat cheese alfredo, caramel apple soup, a cheese plate with a truffle barrata, goat cheese, and a morel and leak cheese...you have to come see us!

So..what will we be serving at the The Roasterie Kansas City Air Roasted Coffee food truck brunch this Sunday from 10-2? How about a fresh truffle and goat cheese Alfredo pasta dish, chicken tikka tacos, a "Hallowings Basket", a caramel apple soup with truffle salt, and truffle fries and shrooms. We will be GO Petticoat Junction this late evening and serving from 9p-1:30am Come get some wings, tacos, loaded fries etc..while getting that liquid courage to sing karaoke with Casey Brewer!

This post is somewhat hard to write. We have come to a point in our lives and business where it is taking us away from what the intention was. For us the workin...g 100 hours to avoid 40 was very true. We are in need of liquidating our food trailer and wanted to do it in a fun way and give someone else the opportunity to run it the way it should. For us, the mushroom farm and food trailer have proven to be more than full time in themselves and we need to focus on one, and for us that is the farm.
