The house manager position is a full-time position working with adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community. Responsibilities include assisting clients with all aspects of daily living, money management, medication management, transportation, social skills, job skills etc. Also, House Managers will supervise a staff of 2-3 part-time direct care staff. Responsible for quality controls concerning individual plans and goals, medication administration/documentation, doctor’s visits, and daily documentation. Previous work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is desired. Training will be provided.
