The Wings group through BJC has been instrumental for our family. They sent nurses to support us while Clayton was sick. Music therapists came to our home and sang with Clayton and our other children. Their expressive therapist came to our home with crafts and books to help us deal with his impending death. We have a treasured plaster of paris piece of all four children holding hands one last time because a nurse was willing to spend hours in our living room. Physicians were available 24 hours a day to assist us. Today we still receive EMDR therapy even though Clayton died months ago. This hospice group is an incredible non-profit organization in our community.
