Friends of Veterans

Every one is welcome to join the Auxiliary at the VFW post Sunday from 2 to 6 pm. There having a fish fry, Raffles, and a life band.

Today I am asking every one to please stop by Manns Meat and help support this small business and donate to the pulled pork sandwich. I can't thank Bob his wife and all who help him be an inspiration for Florissant. Organizations working together along with local businesses is what makes Florissant Strong.

The car show for this Saturday has been postponed sorry

Due to the forecast of excessive heat on Sunday and the recent high spike of COVID 19 cases in the St. Louis area, the Friends of Veterans have made the tough decision to cancel the "Holding Strong... Together as One" event that was planned for Sunday evening. As important as it is to show support to our community, we feel as though the health and safety of the community takes the precedence at this time. Thank you to everyone that planned to come out, we look forward to seeing you all at the Valley of Flowers!

The Friends of Veterans will be hosting a Car Show on Rue St. Francois Saturday August 1st. We look forward to seeing everyone and all of the beautiful cars. We also thank all of the sponsors for this event!
