The truth is not everything you find online is helpful. Should I do keto? Intermittent fasting? What about paleo? Weight loss pills? (btw, only time I swallowed one of these it about ruined my entire day ) Fad diets are for fad results. We are good at making simple things, complex. Look, if one meal ruins your entire diet...
