Keto..Vegan.. Intermittent Fasting Does it work? Which one is right for me? I found it online. Why haven’t I gained results?... Exercise.. where do I begin? The truth is not everything you find online is helpful. Should I do keto? Intermittent fasting? What about paleo? Weight loss pills? (btw, only time I swallowed one of these it about ruined my entire day ) Fad diets are for fad results. We are good at making simple things, complex. Look, if one meal ruins your entire diet... Then you beat yourself up for 3 days afterwards?? Instead, aim for balance and moderation. Know what you're eating and how much. Grocery shop more than window shop Include some of what you love.
