Pastor John and Hannah-Rose Alarid started park outreaches (Festival of Hope) back in 2013 and it grew to the point we were serving multiple thousands every summer with free meals, games, music, health screenings, face painting, jump hosues and much more. . #FreedomCityTurnsFive

It looks like the weather will be in our favor this week for our Freedom City Worship auditions!! We are looking for keys players, drummers, guitarists, and vocalists! If you feel called to use your talents on the Freedom City Worship team, stop by this Thursday, 2/25 at 8 PM to audition! Our recovery chaplain David Lee Manning gave a powerful word yesterday on where revival begins--a digital to anyone who can comment the name of his message below! Today we've kicked off our church-wide fast. It is time we can grow together as church and draw near to God as we focus on fasting and prayer. We are excited as we continue this series on prayer, fasting, and revival with Pastor John Caleb Alarid speaking this Sunday!

Tomorrow kicks off our church-wide 21 days of fasting and prayer at Freedom City Church! Fasting is a biblical discipline we practice in order to spiritually focus and reset. It is a time of reduction (most often in the form of food) in order to seek an increased sensitivity, openness, and hunger for the things of God. The church sanctuary doors will be open every morning from January 11-31 from 6-7 AM to provide a peaceful place and time of prayer. You can also stay upda...ted on our social media pages to follow along with our daily prayer focuses. We are expecting God to speak in your life and our church community during this special time of prayer, fasting, and worship. Even now, declares the LORD, return to me with all your heart, with fasting and weeping and mourning. Rend your heart and not your garments. Return to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity.
