Two weeks ago Matthew Radefeld obtained a not guilty verdict, after 16 minutes of jury deliberations, for an Iron County, Mo man charged with Assault 2nd degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Felony Harassment. Then, earlier today (10/22/19) in St. Clair County, Illinois- Matthew Radefeld and Joe Flees obtained a not guilty directed verdict in a jury trial at the end of the Prosecution’s case for a Naval Intelligence Officer who had been charged with 10-counts of Possession o...f Child Pornography. Our law firm commends the professionalism of the judges and prosecutors in both of these cases, but neither of these cases should have made it to the courtroom. Now we will assist our clients in picking up the pieces of their lives that these false charges have essentially ruined. We will help them get these arrests and charges expunged from their records. We will go with them to the DFS/DCFS hearings to help get their full parental rights restored. We will represent the Naval Officer in his federal DOD Security Clearance hearings and whatever else he needs so he can continue to bravely serve our country. We couldn’t be more proud of how strong our clients were for not giving up and to have the willingness to stand up for themselves and let us do the fighting in court for them.
