Dear Foxy Nails Customers, We will only be taking customers via appointment at this time. To schedule an appointment, please call 816-859-5789 or visit our Facebook page.... Appointments are preferred due to the high demand for services, as well as the current rules and regulations that have been put into place by the Missouri Department of Public Health. Also, due to these rules and regulations, only the customer with the appointment will be allowed in. There are NO exceptions to this. This is required by law. We ask that clients DO NOT come in if they are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or loss of taste and/or smell. When you arrive, we ask that you wear a mask. If clients do not have a mask, these will be provided for $2.00. You will also be required to sign our consent/contact form as required by law. This law applies to anyone that are inside of a business for longer than 10 minutes. Due to the nature of our services, this will be everyone coming into the salon for service. If you refuse to sign our consent/contact form, by law we have to refuse you service. After a client checks in and picks their color, then they will be required to wash their hands before being taken to their seat for their service. Clients cannot use their phone while having services for their fingernails. If you have a picture of what you want on your nails, be sure to show your technician after you sign the consent/contact form. If a client is receiving two services, the client will be required to wash their hands in between services. There is plexiglass in between clients and the nail technician in the nail area. We hope that everyone understands that these guidelines are in place to protect everyone’s health. Your safety and the safety of our employees are of the utmost importance!
