Wooohooo! It's the best feeling in the world when you see your buyer's face when they've found the "one". After looking all day at houses, this was one of the last ones on our list. The buyer said, "This house is calling to me. I can even see myself reading a book in a chair over there... I just love this place." That's about the time the anxiety starts for me. LOL. In this crazy market there are no guarantees that a buyer will get a house they fall in love with. Sometimes I... wonder if it's harder being the agent, and having the weight of trying to please everyone, and the burden when it doesn't work out how they want. That's when I literally have to start praying and trusting that it will work out how it's supposed to. God sees a much bigger picture than we do. Thankfully, this one had a happy ending! Congratulations to our buyers! Can't wait for them to make this house their home!

We are doing a happy dance about this one!! So many things had to fall in place to make it happen. Our clients put an offer on this one that was contingent upon TWO houses closing (one close, and one sale & close). Thankfully, we got a cash offer on the sale & close contingency, that allowed their offer to be accepted and all 3 transactions to close on the same day and go under contract tonight! Woot Woot!
