Have you played with Tangrams? Tangram puzzles originated in China and became popular in Europe and America in the 19th century. The objective is to rearrange the seven separate pieces into a complete image of various shape.... We use them in vision therapy to learn how to better visually organize, analyze, and manipulate the spacing, direction, and orientation of things we see. We often discuss with parents of young children how they can help their child develop important visual skills that will help them throughout their life. The #1 thing we say is MOVE, MOVE, MOVE!
